    Keith J. Gloeckl

    Chief Executive Officer

    Mr. Gloeckl began his career in the insurance industry with American General of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 1974, Mr. Gloeckl formed Burne & Gloeckl Insurance Agency and grew the firm into a successful enterprise, which he sold in 1984. At that time, Mr. Gloeckl accepted a position as a Commercial Mortgage Banker with Midland Mortgage Investment Corporation, a company that originated multifamily construction loans throughout the United States. During the 1980′s the company grew significantly. In 1988, Mr. Gloeckl and two associates purchased the company and created a group of companies that became known as The Midland Companies. The companies specialized in construction, permanent and equity financing for conventional and affordable multifamily apartment complexes nationwide with an emphasis on tax credit properties.

    During this time, Mr. Gloeckl served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the organization, which grew to over 150 employees in 7 offices across the country. In addition to Midland´s long standing relationships with large municipal pension funds, Midland became a Fannie Mae DUS Lender and FHA/MAP underwriter which broadened the investment base options for its clients. Mr. Gloeckl has worked with a number of corporate investors throughout his tenure.

    In 1999, Mr. Gloeckl and his associates sold The Midland Companies to MuniMae (NYSE:MMA), and the company became known later as MMA Financial. Mr. Gloeckl continued to serve the company and its clients as Chief Investment Officer and a member of Senior Management Committee. During his tenure with MMA, Mr. Gloeckl was responsible for a range of functions across all debt and equity product types for all real estate finance business, as well as the supervision of Production, Underwriting, Closing, Secondary Markets, Tax Credit Origination, and various product development and management initiatives. Mr. Gloeckl also served as Trustee of the MMA Affordable Housing Group Trust and the MMA Multifamily REIT where he worked with various pension fund groups and proprietary funds.

    Since 1992, Mr. Gloeckl has been instrumental in the syndication of more than $1 billion of federal low income housing tax credits.

    Mr. Gloeckl is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and the National Multifamily Housing Council. Mr. Gloeckl has served as an officer for organizations such as Council for Affordable and Rural Housing, the Florida Council for Affordable and Rural Housing and is a member of various industry organizations. Mr. Gloeckl is a graduate of Walsh University and has served on its Board of Directors.

  • Rick Beacham

    Rick Beacham

    President

    Mr. Beacham brings more than 33 years of securities industry experience to Churchill Stateside Group. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Beacham served as Vice President-Investments at Legg Mason in Atlanta where he largely focused on wealth management and financial planning in the Private Client Group. Mr. Beacham continued to serve in several senior positions in various investment banking firms throughout Atlanta. Through his work with a large real estate developer, Mr. Beacham discovered the investment opportunities presented by tax credits. Subsequently, Mr. Beacham left Legg Mason to participate in the development of Stateside Capital.

    Earlier in his career, Mr. Beacham served as an international banking officer at the First National Bank of Atlanta where he worked with the Latin American portfolio. He has led capital formation teams and been a private -angel investor in various industries. He has also served as officer, director, and founder of numerous telecommunications, healthcare, and technology companies. Mr. Beacham’s prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at Oppenheimer & Co., Senior Vice President at the Robinson-Humphrey Company, and First Vice President at Morgan Keegan & Company.

    Mr. Beacham earned both BBA and MBA degrees from The University of Georgia. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Netherlands Institute of International Business (Nijenrode) in Holland. Mr. Beacham’s leadership has been acknowledged through his participation in many professional, civic and charitable organizations. He served as a member of the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, University of Georgia Alumni Society, Association of MBA Executives and the Westminster School’s Annual Fund. In addition, he has coached for the Northside Youth Organization and Peachtree Road United Methodist Church where he also leads a team in the Great Day of Service program and is an usher. He has been a volunteer with the American Red Cross as well as Hands on Atlanta. Mr. Beacham has served on several committees at the Atlanta Country Club and is a member of the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition.

    Devin Sanderson

    Senior Vice President, Renewable Energy Director

    Devin Sanderson is a Senior Vice President at CSG and serves as the head of the Renewable Energy Finance Group. Devin focuses on providing financing solutions in both the debt and equity markets. His responsibilities include identification, evaluation, and structuring of renewable energy transactions as well as managing the performance of funds to maximize investor benefits. Within the scope of providing service to clients, Mr. Sanderson actively manages the involvement and participation of all parties to ensure effective and timely outcomes in all aspects of renewable energy transactions. Mr. Sanderson is instrumental in the company’s new product development initiatives for all available capital sources in the renewable energy and ITC financing space.

    Prior to joining the company in 2005, Mr. Sanderson worked at MMA Financial for three years where he served in various financial services roles including Senior Investment Analyst, structuring in excess of $3 billion in transactions utilizing a number of diverse financial products.

    Mr. Sanderson is a member of the Michigan Association of Public Employee Retirement Systems, Mortgage Bankers Association of America, Council for Affordable and Rural Housing, and various industry organizations. He is frequently a speaker at renewable energy industry events. Mr. Sanderson graduated from the University of South Florida, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and was awarded three varsity letters.

  • Brent Watts

    Brent Watts

    Senior Vice President, National Debt & Equity Director

    Brent Watts is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for CSG and is responsible for debt and equity originations on a national scale for properties with federal and state LIHTCs. In addition to his originations responsibilities, Brent manages the company’s affordable housing production group and also originates and structures affordable housing investments. Mr. Watts also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Portfolio Manager of Churchill Stateside Group’s Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). Brent’s RIA responsibilities include segregation of active and passively managed funds. As required by state and federal agencies, Mr. Watts has obtained a Series 65 license for RIA responsibilities. Prior to his role at CSG, Brent served in a number of roles at Stateside Capital, including Vice President of Acquisitions. During his time at Stateside Capital, Mr. Watts gained experience in originations, financial modeling, underwriting, due diligence, fund management, and asset management. Brent is an active member of several affordable housing organizations and a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Mr. Watts holds a BBA in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Alabama.

  • Rex Tilley

    Rex Tilley

    Senior Vice President, Chief Underwriter

    Mr. Tilley is responsible for all transaction risk assessments for CSG. Rex has more than 27 years of commercial real estate underwriting and valuation experience with the last 15 years focused on multifamily affordable housing.

    Prior to joining CSG, he was employed by AmeriNational Community Services as Director of Multifamily Services and by Oak Grove Capital as a Deputy Chief Underwriter. Prior to these positions, Mr. Tilley was employed for more than ten years by MMA Financial/The Midland Companies. During his tenure with MMA Financial/The Midland Companies, Mr. Tilley held the title of Fannie Mae Chief Underwriter and was in charge of staff ranging from 7 to 25 professionals responsible for underwriting, closing and servicing multifamily debt and equity investments. Prior to MMA Financial/The Midland Companies, Rex was employed by AmSouth Bank and Glendale Federal Bank in their real estate valuation departments.

    Mr. Tilley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Florida.

  • Wendy Stamnas

    Wendy Stamnas

    Senior Vice President, FHA Chief Underwriter

    Ms. Stamnas is Senior Vice President, FHA Chief Underwriter at CSG and is MAP and LEAN approved. She is responsible for screening, underwriting and closing HUD MAP and LEAN transactions. In addition, Ms. Stamnas assists in creating Multifamily and LEAN underwriting policy, training staff, supporting loan originations, ensuring quality control procedures are met, and serving as the company’s representative to HUD and to the industry. Ms. Stamnas is President of the Eastern Lenders Association and is a member of NIC, and MBA.

    Wendy has more than 27 years experience in commercial real estate including underwriting, originations, portfolio management, screening, and closing FHA, Fannie Mae, conduit loans and all MAP and 232 Programs. Ms. Stamnas underwrote or oversaw more than $1 billion in FHA insured loans that closed under all FHA programs nationwide. She developed underwriting, tracking, and process models to implement efficient analysis and delivery of final products to HUD that are being used successfully today at several companies.

    Prior to joining CSG in October 2013, Ms. Stamnas served as Chief Underwriter for Metropolitan Funding Corp. beginning August 2009. She earned the FHA construction loan administrator designation in June 2010. In addition, Ms. Stamnas closed over $100 million in FHA loans and received FHA Firm Commitments and pre-application FHA LEAN program approvals on an additional $70 million of loans.

    From 2003 to 2009, Ms. Stamnas was Chief Underwriter at Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC. She reviewed all FHA Insured loan application packages for quality control prior to submission. She underwrote all Fannie Mae Senior Housing transactions and was a member of the FHA Credit Committee. From 1999 to 2002, Ms. Stamnas was Chief Underwriter for Rockport Mortgage Corporation where she underwrote FHA/MAP, Fannie Mae, and conventional loans for multifamily and healthcare projects nationwide. During that time, she underwrote 25 FHA loans that closed, totaling over $252 million.

    Ms. Stamnas served the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development from 1991 to 1999, beginning as a Regional Economist in Boston, MA from 1991 to 1996 and then as Project Manager for the Special Workout Assistance Team (SWAT) in Washington, DC until 1999 where she worked on troubled loans. Prior to that she worked in Housing Development at the Boston Redevelopment Authority.

    Ms. Stamnas holds a BA from University of New Orleans and an MBA in Economics & Real Estate Investment Analysis from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.

  • Tom Vandegrift

    Tom Vandegrift

    Senior Vice President, Asset Management Director

    Mr. Vandegrift leads CSG’s asset management functions and is responsible for monitoring all of the operational and compliance aspects of the portfolio. Mr. Vandegrift has over 20 years of commercial real estate asset management experience where his primary focus has been on implementing and directing the asset management functions for tax credit syndicators.

    Previously, Mr. Vandegrift served with MMA Financial/The Midland Companies and Guilford Capital/Credit Suisse. While at MMA/Midland, he also implemented and directed the company’s commercial loan servicing operations for a period of 10 years. Total debt and equity investments under Mr. Vandegrift’s management while at Midland/MMA exceeded $3.5 billion. Early in his career Mr. Vandegrift was employed by NationsBank for six years where his work included portfolio management, special assets and asset disposition.

    Mr. Vandegrift holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from West Virginia University (Cum Laude), and an MBA with a dual emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from The Pennsylvania State University. While achieving his MBA, Mr. Vandegrift taught undergraduate real estate classes, and was a scholarship recipient from the American Society of Real Estate Counselors.

  • Paul Lynch

    Paul Lynch

    President of Churchill Stateside Securities, LLC - A Member of FINRA & SIPC

    Mr. Lynch serves as President for Churchill Stateside Securities, LLC. In addition to supervising sales and compliance, he concentrates his efforts in working with Broker Dealers, Investment Advisors, Financial Planners and various money managers. His 22 years of securities industry experience includes Compliance and Surveillance work at Citizens and Southern Securities, Financial Advisor positions at SunTrust Investment Services and Quick & Reilly, Inc., and Branch Management roles at Quick & Reilly in Roswell, GA and Cincinnati, OH and Berthel Fisher, Inc. in Atlanta. Mr. Lynch also instructed security licensing courses for Kaplan Financial and Jim Nash & Associates. He conducted numerous “train the trainer” sessions, was the national lead instructor for Series 4, 6, 9 & 10, and taught 12 different licensing courses. He has a B.B.A in Finance from Iowa State University, is a C.M.F.C, and has completed his C.F.P. coursework.

  • Joe Switzer

    Joseph Switzer

    Senior Vice President of Churchill Stateside Securities, LLC - A Member of FINRA & SIPC

    Mr. Switzer is Senior Vice President of Churchill Stateside Securities. He specializes in tailoring offerings to market segments such as insurance companies and physician groups. Mr. Switzer has throughout his career been a developer of and investor in market leading innovations in the financial services and other industries.Within the financial industry, Mr. Switzer was a Senior Vice President at the Robinson Humphrey Co. who specialized in the distribution of high growth southeastern securities to institutional and high net worth individual clients. Earlier in his career he was a cash management officer at the First National Bank of Atlanta and, and he was also a Senior Vice President at Oppenheimer & Co.

    Mr. Switzer also has been prominent in the development of new industries outside of Financial Services. Mr. Switzer was one of the initial drivers of the competitive telephone industry with his founding of National Telephone Services, which was one of the fastest growing companies in that industry, reaching $80 million in revenues in three years. He was also the founder of the Consumer Financial Network, the first competitive insurance marketplace on the internet with over one million employee subscribers.

    Megan Ryan

    Senior Vice President, Business Development

    Megan Ryan is Senior Vice President of Business Development for Churchill Stateside Group and is located in the Washington DC office. Ms. Ryan is focused on expanding the federal affordable housing and renewable energy tax credit businesses.

    Ms. Ryan was previously a Managing Director in the Affordable Housing Equity Group of Centerline Capital Group responsible for managing Centerline’s institutional tax credit investor relationships and overseeing the Portfolio Management team. Prior to joining Centerline, Ms. Ryan was a vice president at Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. for eight years, where she was responsible for new business development for Enterprise’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity product, and managed numerous key LIHTC investor relationships. Prior to joining Enterprise, she was the Director of Development for the Fiver Foundation, a nonprofit organization established to help underprivileged New York City children by providing year-round programs, including summer camp and school-year mentoring. Ms. Ryan’s career also includes positions in real estate finance at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Bank of New York and Merrill Lynch.

    Ms. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in finance from Fairfield University, and a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University.

  • Mike Boyle

    Mike Boyle

    Vice President, Southeast Regional Director

    Mike Boyle is a Vice President at Churchill Stateside Group and is responsible for property acquisitions throughout the United States. Prior to joining CSG, Mr. Boyle worked for a nationally recognized tax credit syndicator and led the origination of investment opportunities on the East Coast. Mr. Boyle has extensive experience in all aspects of property acquisitions, with specific emphasis in originations, financial structuring, project feasibility and underwriting.

    Mr. Boyle received an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and his BS in Finance from the University of South Florida.

  • Daniel J Flick

    Dan Flick

    Vice President, Southwest Regional Director

    Dan Flick is Vice President, Southwest Regional Director for CSG in the Dallas office. Dan is responsible for debt and equity origination for both affordable and market rate properties in the Southwest region.

    Prior to joining CSG, Dan held a senior position at Fannie Mae where he was responsible for the workout and disposition of large multifamily transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Flick was also employed for more than 12 years with MMA Financial / The Midland Companies where he co-managed the Dallas office while originating debt and equity on conventional and affordable multifamily, and senior living transactions throughout the Southwest.

    Mr. Flick has extensive experience in the financing of all types of commercial real estate as well as in asset management and construction loan administration from working for First National Bank of Chicago, First Texas Savings and the Resolution Trust Corporation.

    Jerome Sullivan, CFA, CPA

    Vice President, Midwest Regional Director

    Mr. Sullivan is Vice President, Midwest Regional Director for Churchill Stateside Group and leads the company’s Chicago office. Mr. Sullivan is focused on originating debt and equity opportunities as well as product development. He has extensive experience originating and underwriting debt for Fannie Mae and FHA-HUD, as well as LIHTC equity.

    Prior to joining CSG, Mr. Sullivan served as senior vice president at Great Lakes Capital Fund, a non-profit community development financial institution where he managed their lending business and Illinois and Wisconsin operations. Prior to joining Great Lakes Capital Fund, Mr. Sullivan served as vice president for the mortgage operations of the Enterprise Social Investment Corporation where he established an office in Chicago and oversaw Midwest operations. Prior to joining Enterprise, he served for ten years with a $15 billion private pension fund where he managed community development and investment activities. Mr. Sullivan finished his tenure at the pension fund as manager of alternative investments.

    Mr. Sullivan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree and a second major in Economics from the University of Illinois. Mr. Sullivan is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant. He has been a frequent speaker at affordable housing conferences throughout the Midwest.

  • David Zalich

    David Zalich

    Vice President, Q10 Commercial Lending

    Mr. Zalich is a Vice President at CSG where he is responsible for ushering commercial and renewable energy transactions effectively through underwriting and closing. In addition, his role includes developing relationships with developers in the commercial real estate and renewable energy sectors to assist in securing financing for their projects. David provides clients with local market knowledge, property-specific expertise and custom-tailored financing plans to help them achieve their investment goals.

    Prior to joining Churchill in 2012, Mr. Zalich was President of Palm Bay Financial for eight years where he assisted in funding over $55MM in real estate financing for residential developments, medical offices, mixed-use office and apartments in which he worked closely with each borrower in packaging and due diligence to deliver the best possible structure for each project.

    Mr. Zalich attended Florida State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

    Katie Conroy

    Director of Business Development, Georgia Entertainment Tax Credits

    Katie Conroy serves as Director of Business Development for Georgia Entertainment Tax Credits for Churchill Stateside Group. Mrs. Conroy focuses on sourcing and delivering entertainment and film tax credits for clients. Her responsibilities include processing and overseeing transfers with the Department of Revenue and Department of Economic Development, staying current on legislative changes and promoting the goals of the Entertainment Tax Credit group of CSG.

    Prior to joining CSG in 2010, Mrs. Conroy worked at Edward Jones in Hawaii for five years and was Corporate Office Manager at JML USA, Inc. In addition to her professional experience, Katie has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin and holds her Series 7, 63 and 99 securities licenses.

  • Lois Pemberton

    Lois Pemberton

    Vice President, Transaction Coordinator

    Mrs. Pemberton is an Assistant Vice President at CSG and provides support to the team through the effective organization of various due diligence requirements and the processing of loans through HUD, USDA Section 538 and other lending sources.

    Lois brings to the team more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance and banking experience and has previously held positions in Credit, Underwriting and Commercial Banking. After roles in commercial banking, she joined the Midland Companies where she held various positions in underwriting and loan delivery management. As Vice President at Midland, she was instrumental in the implementation of the loan delivery processes to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and other secondary market sources. Throughout her career, Lois has been responsible for the successful packaging and delivery of loans totaling $2.3 billion.

    Lois has extensive experience as a liaison between lenders, borrowers, legal counsels, title agents, and various parties to ensure the successful funding for many types of transactions.

  • Linda Carroll

    Linda Carroll

    Vice President, Closing and Loan Administration

    Ms. Carroll serves as CSG’s Closing and Loan Administrator and brings more than 25 years of mortgage banking experience to the team. She began her career with MMA Financial/The Midland Companies as a Loan Closing Coordinator. Ms. Carroll was responsible for processing monthly construction draws, preparing loan documents for investors and coordinating wire transfers.

    During her 20 year tenure with MMA/Midland, Ms. Carroll served as Vice President of the Loan Administration Department and as Vice President/Closing Support Manager. As part of her responsibilities, she developed and implemented loan closing policies, procedures and processing manuals, and met daily deadlines for processing millions of dollars in construction loans and tax credit equity installments.

    Daniel Duda

    Underwriter

    Dan Duda is an Underwriter at Churchill Stateside Group where he is responsible for identifying risk in debt and equity real estate transactions throughout the United States. Prior to joining CSG in 2013, Mr. Duda served as a Financial Analyst at Investors Bank in New York City. He focused primarily on originating and underwriting multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and industrial loans in the Northeast. Throughout his career, Dan has been responsible for underwriting loans totaling $200M.

    Mr. Duda attended East Carolina University and received a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance.

    Mary A. Clark

    Underwriter

    Mary Clark is an Underwriter at Churchill Stateside Group and is responsible for identifying risk in debt and equity real estate transactions throughout the United States. Mary has more than 30 years of commercial real estate finance experience ranging from underwriting and originations to asset management with a special focus on multifamily and hospitality from serving with both national and Chicago area lenders. Prior to joining CSG, Mary was a Commercial Asset Manager at Quantum Servicing Corporation and Rialto Capital Corporation where she managed more than 200 performing and non-performing commercial assets. Prior employers include Freddie Mac Multifamily division, FINOVA Capital Corporation and ITT Real Estate.

    Ms. Clark has Bachelors degree from DePaul University and holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

    Christina Thornton

    Loan Processor

    Mrs. Thornton is a Loan Processor at CSG and supports the underwriting team through the organization of various due diligence and the processing of transactions through HUD, USDA Section 538 and other lending sources.

    Chris brings more than 25 years of administrative and loan processing expertise from positions in the institutional and private investment management and commercial real estate finance industries. While with The Midland Companies, she held various positions in underwriting and focused on the loan delivery processes to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and other secondary market sources. During that time, Chris participated on a team that managed the packaging and delivery of loans totaling $2.3 billion. Chris’ prior employers also include AEGON USA, Inc., MetLife and Ameriprise Financial.

  • Nicholas Degel

    Nicholas Degel

    Investor Relations

    Mr. Degel is responsible for Investor Relations at CSG. His public service career began in 1971 with the City of Detroit, where he served many roles in the Retirement Systems Office of the City Finance Department. The Retirement System Office consists of the General Employees Retirement System and the Policemen & Firemen Retirement System.

    In 1999, Mr. Degel was the Executive Secretary of the Detroit General Employees and Policemen and Firemen Retirement Systems. The combined value of the two Retirement Systems was $6.3 billion when he retired in 2004 after 33 years of service. Mr. Degel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Wayne State University.

    Alana Smith

    Accounting Assistant

    Ms. Smith is responsible for various accounting functions at CSG. Alana brings more than five years of expertise to her role assisting the Controller with accounts payables, receivables, reconciliations, payroll and administrative processes. In addition, she is responsible for processing expense reports, K-1’s, journal entries, as well as assisting with various Finance & Accounting projects. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Smith held various positions in banking, finance and hospitality as Credit Analyst, Accounts Payables and Accounting Specialist.

    Ms. Smith received a BS in Accounting from Strayer University in Roswell, Georgia.

  • Mary Settle

    Mary Settle

    Office Services Assistant

    Ms. Settle is primarily responsible for maintaining the Office Services functions at CSG and providing administrative support to the CEO and originations team. Mary brings extensive expertise in various organizational functions and also plays a key role in marketing and human resources functions.

    Ms. Settle draws on a range of organizational and management skills from her extensive background assisting in legal, developer and business owner platforms which included land use law, development permitting and planning, commercial property management, and business office management. Previously, Mary worked at MMA Financial in various capacities and gained invaluable experience working with the Chief Underwriter and staff, and assisting with the Fannie Mae loan delivery process. Later, in the Production Acquisition Department, she was responsible for preparation of legal documentation for the Supplemental Loan Program and assisting with the preparation of Debt Applications and Loan Commitments.
