Churchill Stateside Group is a real estate financial services company that serves investors and developers in the affordable housing, renewable energy and entertainment tax credit industries, as well as commercial and multifamily real estate lending.

Tax Credits

Our tax credit fund offerings are designed under current Federal and State tax credit programs for the development of low-income tax credit (“LIHTC”) housing, historic preservation, renewable energy installations and entertainment & film production.

For more than 25 years, CSG’s team has helped developers secure financing for LIHTC projects. Our team has directly participated in the origination, underwriting and asset management of more than $3 billion of LIHTC investments. We know what it takes to connect developers with reliable and competitively priced capital.

Commercial and Multifamily Lending

We arrange capital for income producing real estate projects using our extensive network of correspondent relationships. CSG’s experience ranges from retail centers and industrial parks to hotels, office parks and medical facilities.

The multifamily industry has always been a key part of our core business. As our clients have expanded the types of properties they develop, in turn we have diversified our products and services for financing various property types.

Renewable Energy – Harnessing Power and Creating Sustainability

The United States is blessed by an abundance of renewable energy resources from the sun, wind, and earth. Combined, the potential of renewable technologies could provide more than five times the electricity this country needs.

CSG has closed more than $100 million of financing for renewable energy installations since 2008. We help clients secure construction financing and tax credit equity solutions.

    Churchill Mortgage Investment LLC (“CMI”) is an FHA approved MAP, LEAN, and LIHTC PILOT lender. CMI is an approved GNMA issuer and servicer.  Additionally, CMI is an approved lender USDA Multifamily 538 Guaranteed Loan Program.
